What we store

• Enquiry contents (name, contact, message, referenced listing)
• Basic anti-spam metadata (IP address, browser type)
• Account details (email + name) if you sign up as a staff user

What we never do

• Sell your details to third parties
• Share your enquiry with anyone outside our agency
• Use your contact info for unrelated marketing without your consent

Contact + deletion

To request deletion of your enquiry data, email us at the address in the footer. We'll delete within 30 days.
